KeyMavens Group, a Dubai-based real estate developer, is building a community mall called The Villa Square in Dubai’s Wadi Al Safa 5 area, approximately 27 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
The 11,500-square-meter development targets Dubai’s high-end residential market with a blend of premium retail, fine dining and wellness services in a sustainable building designed to reduce energy consumption. It is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
“The Villa Square is designed to blend high-end retail with relaxation,” explains KeyMavens. The development embraces sustainability through thermal-insulated walls, natural stone façades and heat-reflective glass.
The mall will feature a rooftop pool, rooftop gardens and VIP lounges, offering exclusive boutique experiences alongside a diverse range of premium brands and wellness services.
