Champs Sports has redesigned two stores to “deliver an enhanced customer journey through an immersive retail experience.” The stores reopened on July 1 and are located at the Brandon Exchange in Tampa, Florida, and at Washington Square in Portland, Oregon.
The former is not far from St. Petersburg, home to the future headquarters of Champs Sports’ parent, Foot Locker.
The new store concept, called “Reimagined,” puts the focus on five things:
- a “sport-inspired” storefront
- “premier walls”
- a “family-friendly shopping experience”
- digital integration
- a prominent Champs Run Club
