Rick Alden, the 48-year-old entrepreneur who founded Skullcandy in 2003, is returning to his former position as chief executive of the American publicly quoted audio and headphone company. He had left the post in March 2011. The change of management follows the resignation of Jeremy Andrus, former president and CEO, and a profit warning indicating that Skullcandy's results for 2012 will be at the lower end of previous forecasts. Its stockmarket value has gone down sharply recently, in spite of rumors about its possible takeover by another company
