Rick Randleman is the new director of U.S. operations for Hi-Tec Sports , effective immediately. He is overseeing customer service, IT and distribution for the two brands the company sells in the U.S., Hi-Tec and Magnum. Based in the company's U.S. office in Portland, Oregon, he will report to Hi-Tec USA's chief executive, Brad Gebhard. Randleman, 48, was formerly a project manager at CompuCon, a systems integration system. He also has worked as marketing manager for Zale Corporation and as e-commerce brand manager for Harry & David.
