Ronhill has made some changes in its sales team after reporting that orders for winter are up by 30 percent. It has moved Jon Wild into the position of U.K. sales manager from his previous job as sales manager for northwest England, Scotland and Ireland. Andrew Norman will take over that slot. Both men have been competitive runners, something Ronhill believes allows its staff to understand the industry better. Norman comes from Sweatshop, where he was the manager of its Hyde store. In its goal of building a stronger presence in-store, Ronhill is also launching its largest-ever point-of-sale campaign with a “beat the clock” theme, urging customers to buy its high-visibility Vizion-wear before the end of the summer.
