SBK Sherbrook Hockey Co. has closed a non-brokered private placement of 750,000 common shares and 750,000 warrants. Each warrant grants it holder the right to subscribe for one share for 15 cents, for one year after its issuance. The Canadian company, based in Quebec, supplies hockey sticks and protective tickets for players and goalkeepers.
