Scarpa North America has recalled two models of men's ski touring boots, the Maestrale RS and Maestrale, because the boot shell can crack, posing a fall hazard and risk of injury for the consumer. The company says there are about 4,200 boots in the marketplace, of which 1,200 have been sold in Canada. They were sold between August 2017 and August 2019.
