Seal Skinz, the British supplier of waterproof, windproof and breathable gloves, socks and headwear, has hired Tim Ives, a former director of business development for Speedo, as global sales director. Chris Baff, a former senior product manager for Zoggs, acts as product manager for the company, which went through a management buyout seven years ago.
