The award recognizes a company with fewer than 1,000 employees that has achieved measurable success in transforming its IT footprint by using Microsoft Dynamics. In partnership with Tribridge, a U.S.-based IT consulting firm, Shock Doctor customized an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system built on Microsoft Dynamics GP and various third-party applications. Following the implementation of the system, the American company recorded a series of positive outcomes including measurable improvements in data warehouse response times and database performance. Headquartered in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Shock Doctor is known for performance-driven sports protection equipment and apparel, available at 9,000 retail locations in over 50 countries worldwide.
