Shortly after striking new distribution deals for Poland, Slovenia and Croatia, Schöffel is expanding even further into Eastern Europe. The German sports and outerwear brand has picked Kiev-based Mantis Ltd. to introduce it on the Ukrainian market, starting with pre-orders for the winter 2012-13 season. Mantis and its sales team, led by Dan Hutsol, have a retail network in all 23 provinces of Ukraine and already serves western sports brands like X-Bionic, Oakley, Craft and Elan. Hutsol himself operates three own stores across the country and intends to open more of them.
