Sport 2000 has officially started its involvement in the sponsoring of international ski sports by presenting its first ski designed for ski jumping. The initiative aims to raise brand awareness for the international retail network's banner. Sport 2000's sponsoring campaign will begin with the start of the next 2013-14 winter season. The first ambassador of the project is Mario Stecher. The Austrian athlete is incumbent vice world champion and quadruple Olympic gold medalist in the Nordic combination of ski jump and cross-country skiing. Sport 2000's logo will have its presence in all the top-ranking international ski jumping contests in the next season.
