Sport-Haley, the golf apparel brand, is buying fellow golf apparel company Fantasi International. Sport-Haley deals in its eponymous brand as well as Ben Hogan; it will continue to market Fantasi’s Bette & Court and Swing brands. Reports pegged the purchase price at $410,000 without the assumption of any debts.
