Sport Partner reports that TCK Sports Group, a leading distributor in the Dutch sports and outdoor market, is taking over the distribution of Dalbello and Ortovox in the Benelux countries. Previously handled by Kubus Sports in the Netherlands and by Aquatic Sport in Belgium, Dalbello's distribution in these countries is to be taken over by Tornado Sport, one of the three subsidiaries of TCK Sports Group. Tornado Sport already handles Dutch sales for Völkl and Marker, which are both owned by the Jarden Corporation. Dalbello, an Italian ski boot maker, became part of the same group last year when it was acquired by Jarden through its Marker Völkl subsidiary. Ortovox, an avalanche safety and outdoor company, is also a complementary brand for TCK Sports Group since the company is the long-time Dutch partner of Deuter, a sister company of Ortovox. From the start of this year Ortovox has been formally represented in the Benelux countries by another part of the TCK Sports Group, Lowa Benelux, which already sells Lowa, Ortlieb, Leki, Deuter and Dainese.
