The company has also initiated projects supporting visually impaired runners in completing marathons without guides.

The first Deaflympics, known as the “International Silent Games,” were held in Paris in the summer of 1924. The ICSD, which organizes the Games, is an independent and self-regulated international sports organization, recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The ICSD is not involved with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). The ICSD members currently include affiliated national sports organizations from 117 countries.
