Swiss performance brand Odlo has launched Time to Rise, a campaign tracking biathlete Aita Gasparin’s return to the Winter Olympics – three years after being forced to sit out Beijing 2022.
Gasparin will represent Switzerland in biathlon at next week’s Milano Cortina Games, where Odlo supplies the kit for the nation’s Nordic skiing teams. The campaign follows her journey back from what she describes as a period of personal and professional upheaval that ultimately rekindled her Olympic ambition.
This time, she’ll be competing without her sisters. Selina and Elisa Gasparin joined Aita on the podium at Sochi 2014, where the trio helped Switzerland claim relay bronze. All three remain Odlo ambassadors, but only Aita made the cut for 2026.
The film underscores the brutal precision of biathlon – a sport that demands athletes toggle between cardiovascular chaos and pinpoint accuracy in seconds. For Gasparin, the secret lies in staying grounded: “It’s not about perfection,” she says. “It’s about being present when it counts.”
Olympic partnership locked in until LA 2032
Odlo’s ties to winter sport run deep. Competitors first wore the brand’s thermal race kit at the 1964 Winter Games, and by Sapporo 1972, more than 25 national teams were kitted out in the Swiss label’s gear.
Last year, Odlo and Swiss-Ski extended their collaboration through 2032 – a deal that cements the brand’s visibility across biathlon and cross-country skiing at the sport’s highest level.
The campaign went live yesterday across Odlo’s digital channels and website, timed to capitalize on the final countdown to Milano Cortina.
