Sports Direct International has appointed Keith Hellawell to be non-executive chairman of its board. He is non-executive chairman of Goldshield Group, a British pharmaceutical and consumer health company. From 1998 to 2002, he worked for the British prime minister, writing and coordinating drug policy for the U.K.
