Spyder Active Sports has named Russ Rowan to be its new vice president for sales and marketing, in charge of North American sales and brand direction. He will report to the company’s president and chief executive, Thomas McGann. Rowan’s previous employers have included Helly Hansen, Burton and O’Neill.
