Stefan Engers will be leaving VauDe at the end of next week, just months after his position as marketing manager was taken over by Antje von Dewitz, daughter of the company’s founder. At the time Engers was appointed as technical manager, a new position which was meant to reflect VauDe’s heightened investments in technology, but it has now been removed. Engers’ functions as a technical manager will be spread between several other leading executives. Engers will move on to Intersport Germany as head of hardware, replacing Andreas Rudolf who left the company at the end of last year to become managing director of Sport 2000 Germany.
