Steve Bracewell has replaced Rose Foster as chief executive of Animal, the leading action sports brand in the U.K., which recently came under new ownership. Bracewell worked most recently for Gelert, a brand of camping products recently bought by Sports Direct International. He previously worked for Reebok in senior positions and acted between 2011 and 2012 as managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at K-Swiss. Bracewell says he wants to consolidate Animal's position in the U.K. and Ireland before making a stronger push into the rest of Europe, where the brand works with a few distributors and key accounts.
