Steve Makin, chief executive of Umbro, has left the company, a property of Nike. He had been with Umbro since 2006. He has been succeeded as president and CEO by Michael Cook, formerly the general manager of Nike Italy. No announcement has been made about a successor for Cook in Italy or for the successor of Joel Katznelson, who is leaving Nike Denmark after 11 years with the company, where he most recently was country manager. Katznelson is taking up a newly created position as sales manager for H²0.
