Steve Murray, the former president of Vans who has been acting as president of Deckers Corp. for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has been appointed as chief executive of Dr. Martens, the iconic British brand of work and casual boots. He will take the place of David Suddens, who will become non-executive chairman.
