Superfeet, a U.S. supplier of insoles, has appointed John Rauvola as president of the company. Rauvola, who joined Superfeet in March this year, will assume his position over the next few months, taking over from Bill McLean, who announced his retirement effective from June 2013. A veteran of the outdoor industry, Rauvola was vice president at Pearl Izumi and at K2. More recently, he was president and managing director of Bona US, a privately held Swedish company.
