Targeting mainly consumers and featuring mostly golf courses and tour operators, the first Portugal Golf Show will be held in Lisbon next May 22-24. A small Portuguese retail chain, Golf Market, will sell products to the general public. The new event is being organized by Portuguese agents of Pink Ribbon along the same lines as a recent golf show in Paris and of the new Amsterdam Golf show. Organized by Holland Golf Events last March 2-4, that show pulled in more than 100 companies and more than 10,000 visitors.
