TBS, the French sneaker brand, is collecting shoes at the end of their functional life for the purposes of its Re-Source project. The TBS Re-Source is a recyclable and vegan shoe. At present, 70 percent of the rubber in the Re-Source's sole is made of recycled rubber. The next step is to reach a 100 percent recycled and recyclable shoe, the company explained. This is why the brand collected used shoes at the first edition of Impact, the eco-responsible area within the Who's Next fashion exhibition in Paris, on Sept. 6-9, and will continue to do so in ten of its French stores starting on Sept. 9.
