Tecnica Group gets a new CEO from outside the family

Peter Weaver, a highly respected American executive who has been running Tecnica Group USA for five years, will act as the new chief executive of the Italian-based Tecnica Group, starting next week. He will also act as a member of the supervisory board, participating in the decision-making process.
