Tecnifibre, the French racquet sports brand, is extending its partnership with the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) for another three years, until 2020. Under this deal, Tecnifibre will as an official supplier entitled to make co-branded racquets and accessories, and as the official stringing service for the Barclays ATP World Tour finals. Tecnifibre has been a partner to the ATP World Tour since 2013, taking advantage of the extra exposure on the men's circuit and with the “On the Road to the ATP World Tour” program for young players, including the Young Guns contest started last year. Pierre Bayssat, Tecnifibre's managing director, said in a statement that the ATP was providing the brand with a global platform at the time when Tecnifibre is developing internationally. The agreement has helped Tecnifibre to raise its sales by 30 percent in France since 2013, and to establish its subsidiary in the U.S. market. The French brand has also raised its online profile with about 750,000 video views per year for the On the Road program, and the number of male players using Tecnifibre in the Top 100 has tripled.
