The controlling shareholders of Anta Sports Products are selling 80 million shares at a price of 10 Hong Kong dollars (€0.87-$1.29) each. That’s 3.2 percent of the company’s share capital. Anta said they were doing it as part of their asset management plans as well as to help start a charitable fund.
