The creditors of Asolo have approved a settlement of the company's debts, proposed by the court of Treviso, allowing the highly secretive Italian company to get out of bankruptcy protection proceedings without liquidating any of its remaining assets. The settlement, which was approved on March 15, calls for the repayment of between 35 and 100 percent of the debts owed to unsecured creditors (more in The Outdoor Industry Compass).
