The European Outdoor Group (EOG) formally announced at the OutDoor show that Mark Held has decided to step down as its secretary general as soon as his successor is found. We understand that he would like to leave in one or two years – possibly by the middle of next summer if the issue of the future of the OutDoor show is resolved by then - whereas the board would like him to stay through 2020.
