The Lifestyle Company will distribute O’Neill products in France, including the overseas departments and territories, in a new multi-year contract that will debut in spring 2022. The contract only involves the O’Neill ready-to-wear lifestyle offer. O’Neill Wetsuits, based in England, takes charge of the equipment and technical products. O’Neill is owned by the Dutch group Logo International, which acquired the rights in 2007. The company management recently decided to stop the activity of the brand’s French subsidiary. France was the last remaining European country where O’Neill operated through a subsidiary. The Lifestyle Company distributes other sporting goods and lifestyle brands in France like Ellesse, Fred Perry and Ipanema, among others.
