The Peuterey Group has reportedly signed a three-year licensing deal for Post Card, the Italian brand of luxury women's snow wear, with an option to purchase it. Previously owned by Belfe, the brand has been the property of Alfredo Cionti's Avirex Group since 2008. Avirex, which has since changed its name to Gruppo Cionti, subsequently gave the European master license for Post Card to a joint venture with the Medinvest investment fund. The Peuterey Group already markets the more leisure-oriented Geospirit and Peuterey brands of sportswear. It was previously called G&P Net. The group had a turnover of nearly €100 million in 2010, but only 25 percent of that was generated outside Italy.
