The Serious Fraud Office in the U.K. has finished its investigation into JJB Sports and Sports Direct International, and no charges will be brought against either company. In September 2009, the U.K. fraud and competition authorities raided the office of JJB and Sports Direct, looking for evidence of price-fixing. While the companies have been cleared, the Serious Fraud Office is still investigating some individuals.
