Thierry Lavigne, a 46-year-old sporting goods retailer who operates five stores in the region of Bordeaux, has been elected as the new president of the cooperative of independents affiliated with Sport 2000 in France, replacing Yannick Morat. He will work with Christophe Mostaert, the new general manager appointed by Activa Capital, which owns a majority stake in Sport 2000 France. He took the place of Jérome Camps at the beginning of this year. Morat and Camps remain on the board of directors.
