Three banks have been reported, in the last few days, as shareholders with more than 5 percent of the Adidas Group, a threshold that requires publication under German stock market rules. Two of the holdings were reported by the company as having risen above 5 percent on Monday: Commerzbank increased its voting rights to 7.90 percent, and Skandinavska Enskilda Banken held 7.35 percent of voting rights. Last week Société Générale increased its interest in the Adidas Group to 5.12 percent of voting rights.
