Tom Ritchey has promoted Claudio Bianchi to the position of chief executive of Ritchey Designs. The founder and chairman of the American bike company will stop acting as CEO to concentrate on product development. Bianchi has been with the company for more than 20 years in various roles. He has been the general manager of Ritchey International since 2001.
