Tunturi Fitness has been using an independent distributor for its German business since Oct. 1. Erol Öztuncel, who has worked for two years as German sales manager for Tunturi's subsidiary in Germany, is the chief executive officer of the new sales organization, Tunturi Fitness GmbH. Tunturi aims to set up international independent sales operations, which are close to its clients and partners in the respective markets. Tunturi sells the product lines GO Tunturi, Tunturi, Tunturi Pure and Tunturi Platinum PRO as well as a product line of fitness accessories in the German market.
