Two large companies with production and distribution in China are trying to go public soon. Anta, a large Chinese producer and distributor of branded sportswear, is looking to raise $200-300 million of an initial public offering this month. Stella International of Taiwan, which manufactures shoes in China for Timberland, Clarks and Camper, is trying to raise $300 million in a n IPO to be listed on the Hong Kong Exchange by June 30.
