As part of its “Protect This House” (PTH3) strategy first announced in May under new President and CEO Stephanie Linnartz, Under Armour has announced numerous executive changes as it moves to elevate design and products to re-accelerate growth in the U.S. and maintain positive momentum elsewhere in the world.
Jim Dausch, most recently Global Chief Product Officer for Marriott International, joins the group as EVP/Chief Consumer Officer on July 24. Lisa Collier, Under Armour’s Chief Product Officer, will leave her position and responsibilities, which will move to Dan Leraris on an interim basis. Collier’s exit will be followed by the expected departure of Chief Operating Officer Colin Browne later this year. Instead of filling the COO position, Under Armour will instead hire a Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Elsewhere, Danny Miles, who joined Under Armour in 2021, has been promoted to EVP/Chief Technology Officer at the Baltimore, Maryland-based company. Dan Leraris, Under Armour’s Head of Apparel, will begin serving as the company’s interim CPO on July 3.
