Under Armour (UA) has announced that Brad Dickerson, the company's chief operating officer and chief financial officer, will be leaving UA to pursue another professional opportunity outside of the athletic performance industry. Dickerson joined UA in 2004. He has been serving as chief financial officer since 2008, and in early 2015 he took on the additional title of chief operating officer. Dickerson will remain with the company until February 2016 to ensure a smooth transition while UA is conducting an external search for a new chief financial officer. The company is planning to allocate key operational responsibilities of the chief operating officer role to the new chief financial officer and the current executive leadership team. The new chief financial officer will report directly to Kevin Plank, UA's founder and chief executive.
