Under Armour (UA) has announced the addition of a well-known soccer player, Jermaine Jones, to its roster of sponsored athletes. The central midfielder, who played in the U.S. team at the latest Fifa World Cup in Brazil, recently joined the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer (MLS). Jones will wear the UA ClutchFit Force on the pitch in MLS and international competitions. Born in Germany, Jones lived in the U.S. as a child and later returned to Germany. He represented Germany at the youth level, making the switch to the U.S. in 2010. At the club level, before his move to MLS he played for Bayer Leverkusen and Schalke 04, in Germany, as well as Besiktas of the Turkish Super League.
