The US Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) announced the re-election of Jonathan Ram, Chief Executive Officer of Clarks, as Chairman of the SFIA Board of Directors for the 2024 term. In addition, Isabel Coscia, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Technogym, Ryan Cruthirds, Chief Digital Commerce and Brand Development Officer at Implus LLC, and Koichiro Kodama, President and CEO at Asics North America, were newly elected to the board, as were three board members, all of whom were re-elected to three-year terms. They join the 13 remaining board members whose terms are staggered.
The election took place at the SFIA’s annual meeting on Dec. 14, 2023.
Ram was appointed to his current position at Clarks in April 2022 after serving as Group President for Global Activewear at HanesBrands. Other previous leadership positions include New Balance, NBA and Roots.
