VF Corporation announces the appointment of Scott A. Roe as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer, taking the place of Bradley A. Batten who is retiring after ten years of service with the group. Roe served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for VF's international business between 2006 and last year, when it began to work closely with Batten on the transition. He had been previously a senior auditor at Ernst & Young.
