Victor Duran is the new CEO of Italian brand North Sails Apparel, part of the North Sails Group. The appointment was only announced recently, although Duran took office in February. He replaces Marisa Selfa, who left North Sails in December and is now CEO Ocean Born Lifestyle & Tailored by Ocean Born at the Ocean Born Foundation.
Prior to joining North Sails, Duran was Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company since September 2021. He served as CEO of Intersport Group from 2016 to 2019. He was Senior Vice President Direct Retail, E-commerce & Marketing at Amer Sports from 2010 to 2016. He also worked as CMO at Rossignol Group, and as Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.
