Warrior Sports, a company owned by New Balance, is suing Easton-Bell Sports for patent infringement over four protective sports gloves. Warrior says that some of Easton-Bell’s products, especially the Stealth 19 glove, infringe on its patents. The suit was filed in federal court in Michigan, where Warrior is based.
