Warrior Sports is launching a new line of cleated football boots, called Gambler, as a follow-up to its Skreamer line. It will compete with new releases such as Adidas' Nitrocharge and Nike's Hypervenom. The top of the new range is the Gambler Pro, which is equipped with a specially designed Ace Plate on the boot's instep that is supposed to help the player in passing the ball. In connection with the launch, Warrior has announced a sponsorship deal with Thomas Ince. Regarded as a promising player in the England Under-21 league, the 21-year-old Ince has already won many awards while playing as a winger for the Blackpool team. Warrior is a subsidiary of New Balance.
