With an eye to both its direct-to-consumer and retail channels, Rossignol Group North America has overhauled its management for apparel and retail operations in the U.S. and Canada. Devon Cruickshank, general manager and vice president of apparel, has relocated to the group's North American headquarters in Park City, Utah. He will now handle strategy and development for Rossignol's apparel and footwear brands and the Dale of Norway brand. Angela Chandler has been promoted to operations manager for apparel product & retail. Focusing on the retail channel, she will be charged with inventory, merchandising, product, marketing, sales figures and labor for all North American stores. She is currently overseeing the retail store in Aspen, which opened last year. She will soon add the Boston store, which opened last month, and the forthcoming flagship in New York City's SoHo neighborhood, slated to open in November. Tania Santerre will be Canada's director of sales for apparel and footwear, in charge of strategy, customer experience, revenue and profits, with oversight of seasonal go-to-market plans, annual business objectives, and all Canadian sales agencies contracted to sell and service Rossignol Group apparel and footwear products, Dale of Norway included. Rossignol has also hired Philip Curll and Kevin Gardaz to fill the new posts of sales and marketing coordinators for the U.S. and Canada, respectively.
