W.L. Gore has introduced a new website for its Gore Bike Wear and Gore Running wear. This new “Online Brand Platform” allows cyclists and runners to get information on the latest products available as well as technical information about the textiles used. They can use the Outfit System to put together the ideal combination of product for their needs. The site includes the ability to buy online, but it also has a store locator for those wanting a brick-and-mortar experience. Retailers can use the generated content from the platform on their own sites, as well. The site's address is www.goreapparel.com. It is currently available in the U.S., and will be available in some countries in Western Europe by this autumn.
