Xavier and David Berneda, the two Spanish brothers who own the Munich brand of sneakers, have set up a new distribution company, Bernher, to distribute Jaked, the Italian brand of high-tech swimwear, on the Spanish market. Eduardo Loriente, who ran Jaked's former distributor, Aquatic Global Sports, has joined Bernher.
