Xinglin Li is the new chief operating officer of Zungui Haixi, a Chinese maker of athletic footwear, apparel and accessories that distributes its Zungui branded merchandise throughout the country. Li, who has more than 20 years experience with footwear and apparel makers in Southern China, takes the position immediately. Shares in Zungui Haixi are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
