Yonex has become the official equipment partner for the major events of the Badminton World Federation (BWF). The new five-year agreement, which starts in May, has been concluded by the brand with Infront Sports & Media, part of Wanda Sports and BWF's exclusive media and marketing partner. The deal covers the Total BWF World Championships, Total BWF Sudirman Cup and Total BWF Thomas & Uber Cup Finals. Yonex said it looks forward to collaborating with BWF on a wider scale, beyond major events, as the sport moves towards the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
